Information
This 1984 Endeavour 40 sloop features a center
cockpit, aft cabin layout which is uncompromising in any area.
One owner
for the past 14 years, with recent professional refit make
this Sloop a fantastic choice. Head room in the mainsalon is
6'6". Queen sized bed in the aft cabin, two heads
w/ showers and LARGE forward berth. This boat has had only
two owners, one owner for the last 14 years. A complete refit
was done in 2003. Interior has new varnish.
This boat is ready to sail away, a great deal for under 100k!!
Layout
The private owner's stateroom aft features a queen size berth, hanging
lockers, chest of drawers and private head with shower. This cabin
is particularly large and comfortable. The main Cabin is large and
open. It features a most elegant feeling of festivity and warmth.
The forward cabin is 6' wide and 7' long with a private entrance
to the forward head.
Galley
The adjoining galley is on a seperate level, out of the traffic
flow. Hot and cold pressured water, fresh water foot pump,
deep
double sinks, lots of working surface area, and a 3 burner
gimbaled stainless steel stove with oven. Plenty pf storage
space for
cooking utensils and food.
Nav
Station
The forward facing navigation station is to the starboard of the
companionway and has chart storage, cushioned seat and lots of
room
for the placement of electronics. Electronics: GPS, VHF, Kenwood
Single Side Band Radio, Furuno Radar, Cellular Phone with mast
head antennea, AutoPilot and more.
Cockpit/Deck
Large comfortable cockpit with cushions, sports a bimini, sail
cover and handrail covers all made of Sunbrella. Force 10 propane
grill is mounted on the Aft Stern rail. Teak Boarding Ladder. Deck
storage lockers for propane, anchor and miscellaneous items.
